Don Julio: A bartender's choice tequila

Choosing a drink at the bar can sometimes be a daunting task, with the many new drink trends on the rise. When looking at the rows and  rows of different liquors it is hard to make up your mind.

Next time you are pondering what to try, go for a tequila. Knowing the difference between tequilas is a really good way to weed out the hype that the billboards and commercials bring. Don Julio tequila is a favorite of bartenders around the Houston Midtown scene; as it is both affordable and smooth.

Don Julio is not just for shooting but can be mixed with your favorite mixer to make a smooth and tasty cocktail. With the upcoming football season a bloody Maria is a perfect drink to sip on that football Sunday. Stop by El patio located in Midtown for a classic bloody Maria or try making your own with this recipe. You can find Don Julio at The Spec's liquor warehouse located right in the center of Midtown.
