Dominique’s Kitchen will celebrate the one year anniversary of their opening October 18 through October 21 with a uniquely French event.
To commemorate the big milestone, Dominique and Liza are throwing a four day party celebrating their beloved (and sometimes misunderstood!) French export… ESCARGOT!
Escargot is a dish of cooked land snails, usually served as an appetizer in France and in French restaurants. The word is also sometimes applied to the living snails of those species which are commonly eaten in this way.*
Guests will enjoy special escargot dishes, receive an escargot recipe card and get the scoop on 101 Ways to Do Escargot.
A few of the escargot dishes that will be served are: pesto and escargot risotto, escargot salad, and garlic cream escargot with croutons. Yum!
Guests twenty-one and over will also receive a complimentary flute of champagne and be entered into a drawing for prizes.
All hail the humble and delicious snail!
