Hello New York Doll Collectors

Do you have children, that you would like to introduce to the world of classical music? Would you like them to be acquainted with fantastic composers such as Mozart or Beethoven? What better way to do this, then by showing them, composers, that are actually doll companions. That’s right, at the Metropolitan Opera Store, you can buy doll composers for your kids, for your friends' kids or even for yourself, as a great collectors item.

At the Metropolitan Opera Shop, there are plush dolls and finger puppets, all of classical composers. Let’s describe them to you:

The shop has two plush dolls, standing 11 inches tall. One is Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and the other Ludwig Van Beethoven.

Mozart is dressed in a red jacket with white ruffles, and black trousers and shoes. He is also sporting his trademark hairdo. Beethoven, is wearing a long black jacket with tails, grey trousers and black shoes. There are white ruffles at the end of his jacket sleeves. And finally that marvelous, wild hair.

For the set of finger puppets, there are Mozart, Beethoven, Puccini and Verdi. Each of these finger puppets, are said to be a magnet, so that they can be placed on one’s fingers as puppets or on a refrigerator for decoration.

What a wonderful set of dolls, to inspire young children about classical music and composers, as well as adding to your wonderful doll collection.
