If you've never shopped at Dollar General, you should know the chain accepts both manufacturer coupons and their own store-only coupons, which means you can stack coupons for the same item to get even bigger savings. Dollar General also accepts printable coupons, as long as they require a purchase -- in other words, a Buy One Get One Free coupon will be accepted, but a Try Me Free coupon may not be.

Great information here! I just wanted you to know that I was actively doing my subscriber duties on this less than perfect day!
I don't normally shop in these but there's one right down the street. I just might have to try out these special coupons. Esp. with school right around the corner. It might be a good way to stock up on items we always need throughout the year (tissues, anyone?) without having to pay a lot.
