Many people will agree that one of the greatest smells ever is the smell of babies. They smell of baby powder and just a delicate intoxicating fragrance that is truly one of a kind. Now its seems that the high end Italian fashion house of Dolce & Gabbana has decided to capitalize on this and bottle the scent of baby and sell it to the masses.
The new scent called “Per I bambini” or “for the children” is meant to capture the smell of a baby’s breath. And by baby’s breath, Dolce & Gabbana doesn’t refer to the smell of baby formula on their breath or spit up.
According the the brand's co-designer Stefano Gabbana, who said the perfume is "designed to cuddle and pamper every little boy and girl," posted a picture of the new product on his Instagram account on Jan. 27, posed the question, "How can babies smell sweeter than they already do?"
Apparently by having them smell of melons, honey and citrus which is meant more to enhance the natural smell of a baby is their answer to this question.
No official date has been announced on the release of this new scent but the bottle is sleek and stylish like all the other D&G fragrances and has a retail price of $45.
