On Thursday afternoon, a man was seen throwing a dog over a Trinity Boulevard bridge in Fort Worth, Texas.
Today, the police are searching for whoever was responsible for the cruel act which resulted in the death of the dog.
According to Friday's Star-Telegram, a witness, who happened to be driving by, viewed the terrible event which took place around 3:40 in the afternoon.
According to information provided to the police, the witness saw a man walking a dog on the sidewalk in the 12600 block of Trinity Boulevard.
The witness claims to have observed the man hoist a dog over the side of the bridge, and then walk away.
Responding officers found the dog lying motionless in the creek below.
The dog, whose breed was not identified, was not wearing a collar.
