“Dog the Bounty Hunter’s” new episode last night opened up as the Chapman family was getting ready to bail “Baby Lyssa” out of jail. In a heartbreaking episode for Dog and Beth, Lyssa is out of control and arrested after banging on people’s front doors in the wee hours of the morning. She also became so combative with the police, that they told Dog she’s the worst they’d encountered in a while as far as fighting the officers trying to get her in custody. Dog's young daughter is going through a divorce and she’s having a rough time with this according to LaLate.
Once Lyssa is out on bail, she remembers nothing, just that she woke up in a jail cell. She drank to the point where she blacked out. Beth fills her in, and the behaviors seem such the opposite of this sweet kid. Apparently Lyssa got so mad at a friend she was out with that she dumped her out in the middle of the highway and left her there. Lyssa continued on in the car because she wanted to party. The friend got dumped because she had insisted Lyssa had enough and was going home.
Dog lost a daughter not too long ago and all the new publicity of this daughter's mug shot on the TV stirs up these memories. He worries that the next time he sees a picture of Lyssa splashed on the screen it will be because she was dead with the way she is going. Dog had no choice, but to suspend her from working with the family bounty hunting business until she could get it together.
