If you’re a lover of dogs or a fancy night out, this is the perfect event for you. The dog lover event will be held on Tuesday, February 12 at 7 p.m. at Event 1013 in Plano. Event 1013 is a historic venue space in downtown Plano that is becoming very well-known as one of the top venues in Plano for weddings. In February, however, it will be used as an intimate venue for dog lovers to get together and raise money for a great cause. The price for entry is $50. That money will get you a night of live classical music by Dallas Symphony members, fine art photography celebrating dogs, wine, upscale beers, dessert and a silent auction. On top of that, the proceeds will be going to benefit Paws in the City, a local Dallas non-profit that helps our furry friends in need. No pets are allowed at the event but that doesn’t mean that it won’t be celebrating them and going to help those in need.
