A dog named "Kirra," disappeared after being ejected from a vehicle which was involved in a multi-car pile-up on I-94 in Racine County, Wis., reported Sunday's Fox 6 Now News.

Kirra, a six-year-old, Labrador/beagle mix, was wearing a collar and is implanted with a microchip; she is described as a shy dog.

According to ABC News 7, dozens of cars were involved in the huge pile-up which injured 50 people and left one man dead; snowy road conditions are blamed for the accidents.

On Sunday evening, a flier for the missing dog was posted to the Lost Dogs of Wisconsin Facebook page

Six-year-old Kirra will likely bolt if approached. If anyone spots this dog, they are asked to email or call: 262-949-2669 or Valorie’s husband, at 608-444-8682.
