Inkster, Michigan- Police received an anonymous tip Friday that a dog fight would be occurring at a home on the 26000 block of Stanford. When officers arrived on the scene, 18 people ran but police were able to catch them. Some of the dogs were already in the middle of a fight and police had to use an axe handle to break them apart. One of the arrested men helped police end the fight using an ax handle and hammer to pry the dogs' jaws open. They also found other injured dogs housed and chained to plastic barrels. Seven dogs were rescued from the scene, some of them just puppies. Two of the dogs had to be euthanized due to their injuries.
Eighteen men were arrested. Only seven of the men arrested remain in police custody. The men who ran the ring will likely face animal cruelty charges and weapons charged. The suspects are scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

Hey Mike...how about a little summon to these idiots on how one can become a dog lover?
I am glad someone had a heart and placed the call to catch these crooks. R.I.P. to the ones who lost their precious lives. I hope these lowlife dirtbags get whats coming to them on judgment day.
Got something to say?
