Does Venezuela have a second chance

Today we found out President Hugo Chavez passed away from complications stemming from cancer. It has been months since he made any appearances and speculation has been he is dead. With word of his passing, does Venezuela have a second chance at reforming it's nation and bringing a new vision to the people?

Will this nation continue to be an enemy of America and other free nations or will a new government emerge that will remove the handcuffs from its citizens and embrace freedom which is vital for any economy to thrive?

Many South American Countries are thriving while Venezuela drowns in high inflation, a bad economy and funding of communistic ideas. Black markets thrive in the country as the government adheres to strict socialistic ideologies.

Now, will those individuals who fought against the dictator have the opportunity to return their country into a nation that works toward building the economy, reducing dependence on government and opening possibilities for individuals to own companies without government controls.

The next few months will dictate the direction Venezuela will travel. There will be a war between those who believe in freedom and those who continue to want to adhere to a government controlled environment.

With large reserves of oil this nation could bring about stability to the nation and it's citizens by allowing free enterprise to bring better jobs, wages and living conditions to all who wish to achieve a better life.

Or, the country can elect another dictator who controls the nations economy with little regard for the people of Venezuela. There are billions at stake in this tiny nation. Billions to help the people or to continue to fund the communist social programs.
