Rumors have been running high in ‘The Vampire Diaries’ world. By the end of this season, there will be the death of a major character that will immensely affect the lives of Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley), and Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) (E! Online). Most speculate this major character will either be Elena’s little brother, Jeremy Gilbert (Steven R. McQueen), or the witch Bonnie Bennett (Kat Graham). The death of either of these characters will be awful to ‘The Vampire Dairies’. The death of Bonnie won’t affect Damon’s perspective because he has said in numerous episodes that he doesn’t care if Bonnie dies. However, Jeremy’s death will have a major affect on Elena. The original Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic) told Damon that if Jeremy died, Elena wouldn’t have a reason to take the cure because she would lose her humanity entirely. Some fans are speculating that Elena will be the one to die. If Elena died, this would tremendously affect both Salvatore brothers. If this theory is true, the fans believe Dobrev will return as Katherine. The question is who is going to die? What will be the consequences of this major character’s death? If Jeremy dies, will Elena lose her humanity forever? If Elena dies, will this tear the brothers further apart?
Everyone in ‘Vampire Diaries’ wants the cure for one reason or another. Like Stefan, Rebekah (Claire Holt) wants be human. Many fans have asked the question will Rebekah turn into a witch instead of human if she takes the cure? Rebekah’s mother was the original witch, and magic is heredity. Its possible Rebekah may become a witch. If Rebekah becomes a witch, does this mean that the rest of her brothers could become witches too? The real is question is the cure real or is it another legend that was made up? Klaus (Joseph Morgan) made up the legend of the sun and the moon so that werewolves and vampires would look for the moonstone. Is possible the cure for vampirism is another made up legend?
