As reports of a possible diagnosis filtered in on Saturday, Kelly Osbourne tweeted an image of an IV in her arm (above), admitting that it was a seizure she experienced on Thursday, but also noting that doctors still don't know why.
Her tweet was short and simple:

While there is still no official diagnosis, reports are that doctors suspect that Osbourne may be suffering from epilepsy.
Osbourne has been hospitalized since suffering a seizure Thursday on the set of her E! network show "Fashion Police." Sources connect with Osbourne say that the seizure was more serious than was first suspected. She will remain in the hospital for at least a few more days as doctors continue to run tests.
While it's said that epilepsy is a possibility, it's also possible, doctors say, that it was an isolated incident. If so, doctors will need to determine what the trigger was so they can prevent another episode.
Meanwhile, Osbourne will remain on anti-seizure medication.

Kelly said she wasn't feeling well, and then Melissa said, "Oh my God, she's having a seizure!" Melissa helped put her on the floor and then lay down next to her and talked her through it.
The seizure occurred inside the E! network building in Los Angeles, Calif., a little before noon on Thursday.
