Reality TV star Heidi Montag isn't content with the 10 plastic surgeries she underwent in one day back in November 2009.
Still seeking the hollow mirage of physical perfection, Montag, 23, is willing to risk her health -- and life -- to get even larger breast implants.
F-CUP ISN'T BIG ENOUGH
"When Heidi woke up from the anesthesia [last time], she was angry [her breasts] weren't bigger," her husband Spencer Pratt, 26, tells Life & Style. "She said she wanted to punch the doctor in the face. I try to stop her. She'll do what she wants with her body."
The slim 5'5" Heidi, who previously went from a C bra cup size to an F, wants to go even larger -- and this time film the procedure for a reality tv show she's pitching to a cable network.
"She wants to do it within the next two months and film it for the new TV show she and Spencer have been pitching to E! and Oxygen," says an insider. "She didn't get what she wanted last time. She's not going to be satisfied until they're bigger."
'HEIDI NEEDS TO SEE A SHRINK'
Because plastic surgeons in the U.S. won't perform the additional procedures, Montag is reportedly planning to get her breast augmentation done in Europe.
Since she underwent her extreme makeover last fall, Heidi has come under fire for getting so many cosmetic procedures done all at once. Experts insist Montag's obsession with plastic surgery points to an underlying psychological issue, which no amount of surgery can fix.
"Heidi obviously has major self-image problems, which need the care of a psychiatrist, not a plastic surgeon," Dr. Anthony Youn, a plastic surgeon, told PopEater. "Any plastic surgeon she goes to next should seriously consider referring her to psychiatric care instead of picking up the scalpel."
"She appears to be a candidate for Body Dysmorphic Disorder, a psychiatric condition where the person sees their body in a completely unrealistic way," says Dr. Youn. "What we see as massive breasts, she sees as small breasts."
'IT'S SAD AND ABSOLUTELY APPALLING'
Dr. Roberto Olivardia, clinical instructor of psychology at Harvard Medical School, agrees.
"It is sad and absolutely appalling," he says. "I think she carries a lot of pain and is not aware of the future consequences of these drastic choices."
Last fall, Montag got breast implants, a second nose job, full-body liposuction, a mini brow lift, butt augmentation, her ears pinned back and "back scooping," which is liposuction around the hips, torso and back to make the waist smaller.
While Heidi has confessed she was in extreme pain right after the surgeries, she called her extreme makeover "the best decision I've ever made."
Montag, who insists she's happy with the results of her shocking makeover, revealed she can't jog anymore because her breast implants are simply too big. But she'll do whatever it takes to reshape her body to her ideal image.
"I plan to get a few more upgrades," she promises. "I'm sure as I get older I'll need some touch-ups."

She is the saddest celebrity ever. I really hope no one picks up her TV show and instead stages an intervention.
