'Doc of the Dead' and 'World War Z' highlight Epix's zombie movie marathon

Zombie fever is hitting Epix, as the movie network is having a 24-hour zombie marathon (zombie-thon) that begins on March 15, 2014. The marathon highlights include the Epix premieres of the documentary "Doc of the Dead" and the 2013 Brad Pitt blockbuster "World War Z."
