The  Republican field of candidates and their foot in mouth blunders has brought memories of a time before, specifically a time when Dan Quayle was as bizarre as it got.

If you recall, Quayle had a simple recipe for potatoes.  The problem was that it was difficult to make only one, and difficulty was not in the recipe.

Quayle liked his potato with Eeeeees.
