Want the result? Do the work.
You can be good with a little focused effort. You can be really good with a little more focused effort.
But you can't be great--at anything--unless you put in an incredible amount of focused effort.
There are no shortcuts. There are no overnight successes.
If your weight/fat is too high focus on your food choices and your thinking patterns.
If your body hurts, then alter your workouts to more conditioning, active lifestyle based stretching, core work and corrective movements.
If your health is suffering then take corrective actions by drinking your water, taking your multi-vitamin, taking action on a mentally enriching diet and living an active lifestyle.
Do not expect immediate results from any action. Apply consistency and resolve.
You have much more power over your results than you think.
So start doing the work now. Time is wasting.
