DIY sweatshirt embellishments

"Use what you have!" That's the motto when it comes to creating a new style to a rather plain garment. If you have a plain sweatshirt or if you need to buy one head to Walmart, and style up a bland look. You can use any color sweatshirt you'd like, gray, teal, red, royal blue, pink, it's up to you. All you'll need is rhinestones (try Michael's $2.49). You can even use old post earrings by taking the pointed part off, plus have a glue gun handy or fabric glue. If you want to add some cool designs you'll need fabric paint, paper, pencil and scissors.
