If you are still trying to make the decision to be healthy, here’s one way to knock off the potato chips and give yourself something healthy and delightful to crunch on. Kale is the lean green powerhouse that is going to be easier on the digestion and all of your energy isn’t going into trying to digest grease and chemicals.
The raw beauty of it is that kale chips are not going to be damaging to your skin, eyes and teeth or making you break out with oozing zits, your skins way of trying to rid itself of the toxic grease. Kale is mega vitamins, minerals, iron, and some protein which not only does a body good but your skin will be all the clearer for it. Olive oil is ant-inflammatory and good for you since it is real and seas salt also contains some trace minerals you may not be getting.
Ingredients: 1 big bunch of kale, stems discarded and leaves torn into pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees toss the kale with the olive oil and spread out on two baking sheets. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake 1-15 minutes until just lightly browned and crispy.
