Whoever said a diva can’t workout? Well, April “The Workout Diva” Washington puts all that talk to rest, because it’s possible. She makes herself known regularly.
Initially in 2007, she weighed in at 200 pounds, and she was ready to be done with the extra weight. By the time she finished trying the norm in 2008, her efforts only brought her to dropping 7 pounds. It was time to learn about nutrition and fitness. By 2009, April dropped another 53 pounds - and it’s still melting off today.

She’s there every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7p & Saturdays at 11:30a for one hour - helping people reach their fitness goals. No, there is no advance class. So you are able to join any of the classes as there are some that have been there for over two years and others two weeks.
