Bradley Woycheshin: How long have you been in the industry?
Matt Fogal: "Four years."
BW: You have successfully grown your business in one of the top Real Estate companies in the country, how did it feel to end 2012?
MF: "Great! I set and exceeded my goal to list 15 properties within the last three months of 2012 to really pushed myself, setting the stage for a successful 2013. I managed to list 16 properties total!"
BW: Many real estate agents have struggled in the industry and your business has continued to grow, why is that?
MF: "Through hard work, focus, and the power of being intentful with my goals in my business. Pushing myself to new extremes and getting out of the comfort zone, is something I intend to do daily. I'm in this business to help provide exceptional service and help clients achieve a lifestyle they have always dreamed of."
BW: With you having the knowledge to give advice to someone training in the real estate business, what would you say is most important to understand?
MF: "Connect with as many people every day over the phone or face to face, the rest of your day will be busy due to that."
BW: What motivates you daily?
MF: "Being the best, 'me' that I can be, everyday."
BW: How do you see the market changing in the next few years?
MF: "Of course nobody truly knows the answer, however I see the health of the market continuing to improve"
