There are over one million Annual Passholders to The Disneyland Resort. And Disney likes to show it's appreciation by offering special perks throughout the year. One of those perks is early entry into both Disneyland and California Adventure parks on select Saturdays and Sundays.
The Annual Passholder Early Entry calendar on weekends starting from January 5 through April 14, 2013 allow you into the parks one hour before regular opening on Saturdays at Disney California Adventure and Sundays at Disneyland. Early Entry will not be available January 19th, January 20th and February 3rd.
There is somewhat of a catch though. If your Passport is blocked for the day of entry, you will also need to purchase a Blockout Day ticket or other ticket media. Blockout Day tickets, if needed, must be purchased at the Main Entrance on the day of use. The cost is $70 and it's a park hopper. "Premium" Passholders will not be affected since they aren't blocked out on those days. But "Deluxe" and "Southern California" will be on certain weekends. "Southern California Select" is always blocked out on the weekends.
Annual Passholders may participate in Annual Passholder Early Entry as many times as they like during the scheduled dates.
