In order to make a dining reservation, Disney guests are required to provide a credit card number at time of booking. If a dining reservation is not cancelled a least 24 hours in advance or you do not show, Disney will charge $10 per person ($25 per person at Victoria & Albert's).
The following restaurants are pre-paid. Cancellations must be made one day in advance or the entire amount will be forfeited.
- Cinderella's Royal Table
- Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
- Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review
- Mickey's Backyard BBQ
Guests may cancel their reservation on the Walt Disney World Resort website, via the My Disney Experience app or by calling (407) WDW-CNCL (2625). For guests that are on Walt Disney World Resort property, reservations may also be cancelled at the resort's concierge desk, Guest Relations or the restaurant podium.
If a reservation must be cancelled last minute, explain the circumstance to the Disney Cast Member. As always, Disney tries to accommodate its guests and will take the issue into consideration. Depending on the circumstance Disney may decide to wave the cancellation fee.
For guests that are concerned that they may forget about a dining reservation, the Walt Disney World Resort does currently send reminders to guests. The day prior to the reservation they send an email to the one that is connected to your Walt Disney World Resort reservation. Guests may also view all of their dining reservations online or on the My Disney Experience app. The app is available for mobile phones and tablets and can be downloaded for free from the Apple app store, Google play store or Amazon apps store.
