This year marks the 20th anniversary for Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" Broadway production and to celebrate, Disney Theatrical Productions, NETworks, and Broadway Entertainment Group have announced the first international tour for the musical.

Starting in Oct. 2014, the tour will kick off oversees to countries that have never hosted the Disney musical before such as Istanbul, Kazakhstan, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and Singapore.

The new international tour will consist of the original Broadway production along with members of the original creative team such as director Rob Ruth, choreographer Matt West, Tony Award winner and costume designer Ann Hould-Ward, and others. As of April 2014, auditions are being held and casting announcements will be made within the next few months.
