For those of you waiting for more insider information on the highly anticipated release of Walt Disney Studios' motion picture, A Christmas Carol, a new behind-the-scenes featurette, ”In Perfect Partnership,which includes the film’s star, Jim Carrey, and director, Robert Zemeckis, is available below for your viewing pleasure.

Carrey and Zemeckis discuss the artistic collaboration that has brought the classic Dickens' Christmas novella to life in breathtaking, never-before-seen 3D.

For Academy Award-winning Zemeckis, best known for “Forrest Gump” and “Back to the Future,” Christmas Carol he says, “Is the greatest time travel story ever written.”

Carrey masterfully takes on not only the younger and older acting roles of Ebenezer Scrooge, but all three spirits, the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future.

Celebrated actors Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Bob Hoskins and Robin Wright Penn also join in this visually amazing retelling.

Since Memorial Day weekend 2009, DISNEY’S A CHRISTMAS CAROL Train Tour (a free-to-the-public traveling attraction) has been logging on close to 16,000 miles and stopping thus far in 37 cities coast-to-coast, sharing not only sneak peeks of the film, but artifacts and character designs from the actual production.

Currently the train is making its way to Charleston, followed by Philadelphia and then on to the last scheduled stop at New York City’s Grand Central Station on October 30, 2009.

A Christmas Carol, is rated PG (Parental guidance suggested) by the Motion Picture Association of America MPAA. The film opens on Friday, November 6, 2009.
