Disney Pixar releases new full length 'Monsters University' trailer

Disney Pixar has released a new movie trailer for their new animated feature "Monsters University." The movie is a prequel to their hit 2001 film "Monsters, Inc."

In the trailer we see see Mike Wazowski enter university so that he can become a scarer. His roommate turns out to be none other than James P. "Sulley" Sullivan who, in "Monsters, Inc." is Wazowski's best friend. However, in the trailer and summary for the movie, it looks to be as though Wazowski and Sulley weren't always the best of friends we imagined them to be.

John Goodman and Billy Crystal reprise their voice roles as Sulley and Wazowski, respectively. Also set to return is Steve Buscemi as Randall, the ever creepy foe.

Not appearing in the trailer is Boo, the sweet little girl who helped change Monsters, Inc.'s mission. Since "Monsters University" is a prequel, it's most likely set to focus on what the trailer has shown us: Sulley and Wazowski's friendship.

The movie marks the first film to be released for Disney Pixar since last year's "Brave."

"Monsters University" is set to be released June 21, 2013.
