Yesterday, the Disney Parks Blog announced that tomorrow, Sept. 16, fans will be able to live chat with two Walt Disney Imagineers who have been working to make Princess Fairytale Hall and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train a reality.
The live chat will take place on the Disney Parks Blog website at 2:15 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 16 and will allow fans to ask questions concerning these two attractions to Walt Disney Imagineering creative designer lead Jason Grandt and executive creative designer Dave Minichiello. Fans can already post their questions on the blog's website here. During the chat, brand new information will also be released, so be sure to stick around for that.
Princess Fairytale Hall is set to open this Wednesday, Sept. 18, as the next phase in the New Fantasyland expansion. Rumors say select Disney guests have already been given a sneak peak, but the attraction won't officially open to the public until this date. Here, guests can get in one of two lines to meet either Cinderella and another princess or Rapunzel and another princes. The special guest who joins Cinderella and Rapunzel will change so that each time you visit the hall, you may see someone new. Possible visiting princesses include Aurora, Jasmine, Snow White, Mulan, or Tiana. Park guests will also be able to use Fastpass+ and Legacy Fastpass to access the attraction.
The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train ride is still under construction in New Fantasyland and is the last major part of the New Fantasyland expansion. Currently, Disney has still not released an official opening date other than spring 2014 and guests are anxious to see this attraction in its completion. The partial roller coaster, partial dark ride will bring guests through a diamond mine where the seven dwarfs from Snow White work while traveling in a mine train that will rock back and forth throughout the ride.
