Disney Dining: Cinderella Chocolate Slipper Dessert at Walt Disney World

The Cinderella Slipper Dessert offers Walt Disney World guests a cleverly-designed chocolate indulgence for those who enjoy their Disney Dining experiences themed and presented with style. The Chocolate Slipper Dessert, as it is also known, is available at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa restaurants – 1900 Park Fare, Citricos, Narcossee’s, and Victoria & Albert’s. The dessert is also available at Cinderella’s Royal Table inside the Magic Kingdom theme park.

The slipper portion of the dessert is made using either white chocolate, the most common version, or dark chocolate. The Grand Floridian’s version of the Cinderella Chocolate Slipper, which is a slightly bigger dessert, offers a white-chocolate slipper filled with cream and raspberries. It is accompanied by a dark-chocolate cup of chocolate mousse adorned by white-chocolate pieces. A raspberry coulis (thick sauce or puree) completes the presentation.

At Cinderella’s Royal Table, a white-chocolate slipper is filled with chocolate mousse, and served with fresh, seasonal berries and raspberry coulis on the side.

The Cinderella Slipper Dessert is a particularly lovely way to celebrate a special occasion, such as a birthday, anniversary, or engagement. For a special occasion, guests may also request a message be written in chocolate around the perimeter of the presentation plate.

Cinderella Chocolate Slippers do not appear on regular menus. They are special-order items that must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Requests for the Cinderella Slipper Dessert may by made through Disney's Cake Hotline at 407-827-2253. (This is the same number to call for other special-order and custom bakery cakes.)

Current costs for the Cinderella Slipper Dessert, prices subject to change, are $15.00 for slippers ordered for a Grand Floridian Restaurant and $15.50 for those ordered for Cinderella’s Royal Table.

Additional Notes:

  • As a special-item order, the Cinderella Slipper Dessert does not qualify as a Disney Dining Plan dessert.
  • The chocolate slipper is usually made with white chocolate, although sometimes dark chocolate will be used. As of this writing, guests may not request one form of chocolate over another.
  • The dessert may also be enjoyed at breakfast or at the Grand Floridian afternoon tea.
  • The dessert may be incorporated into a Magical Proposal Package, which includes dinner, the Chocolate Slipper Dessert, an engraved Glass Slipper in which the ring is presented, and champagne flutes. Arrangements must be made at least seven days in advance, and interested guests should call (407) 824-4477 or email wdw.crt.special.events@disney.com to get more information on pricing and details and to make proposal arrangements.

Love the dessert! My family heads to Disney once a year. Each time we discover some other little advertised surprise the kids just love. Your articles definitely help in that matter. Thanks.

Pretty cool! I remember years ago they did a special glass slipper dessert at a Cinderella private event at Disneyland - people went nuts for it. Glad to see something similar is available now...it's such an iconic part of Disney!

Oh my! Wish we had know when we were at Disney. Now I will have to go back just for that and a chance to stay at the castle :)

That looks fabulous! And the fruit probably cancels out the chocolate calories, right? :-) Absolutely LOVE Disney dining. We had the best breakfast at Grand FL Park Faire. I could eat strawberry soup all day long!
