Every year Walt Disney World hosts over 60,000 runners to special events and marathons that have participants racing throughout all of the four Disney parks. People travel from all over the world in order to run or walk in these exciting, annual events. This year marked the 20th anniversary of Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend presented by Cigna. To celebrate, Disney announced a specially designed, limited addition running shoe created by New Balance in order to enhance the magical running experience. The 860v runDisney edition keeps with the Disney spirit with images of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. New Balance is also the official athletic shoe of Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
