On Aug. 25, Walt Disney World announced an add-on option to its Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP). Guests who attend MNSSHP, one of Magic Kingdom’s hard-ticket fall events, may also purchase tickets to the Villains’ Sinister Soiree A Wicked Takeover of Cinderella Castle.

Villains’ Sinister Soiree offers a dessert party at Cinderella’s Royal Table, located within Cinderella Castle, hosted by Lady Tremaine. This premium package also includes preferred viewing locations for two of MNSSHP’s most popular offerings, the parade and fireworks show. The party lasts approximately one hour.

Guests who purchase the Villains’ Sinister Soiree package will have access to a preferred viewing location for the first Mickey’s “Boo to You” Halloween Parade, at 8:15 p.m., and for the HalloWishes Fireworks Spectacular. The preferred area is located at the in the central plaza by the Castle Forecourt Stage. The preferred viewing locations do not offer seating, although wheelchairs and ECVs can be accommodated.

After the fireworks, Soiree guests then indulge in the package’s Dessert Soiree. Its conceit says Lady Tremaine, the wicked stepmother from “Cinderella,” has taken over Cinderella’s Royal Table for the evening. She has invited a few guests, including other Disney Villains, to attend her decadent, devilish dessert doings.

Guests can expect to see familiar faces in attendance, reports unofficial Disney site Among them are the Evil Queen from “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” Maleficent, Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook, Judge Frollo, the Queen of Hearts and Dr. Facilier. With the exception of Lady Tremaine, these characters appear in MNSSHP’s Disney Villains Mix and Mingle stage show. As with any Disney event, entertainment and characters are subject to change without notice, and for 2014 the Mix and Mingle no longer includes a post-show photo opportunity with the performing characters.

The Dessert Soiree also features entertainment provided by Lady Tremaine, who will sing music appropriate to the spirit of the evening, and her piano player. As with the music, the party’s desserts and specialty non-alcoholic beverages will be themed to the event. Guests who attend the Soiree will receive an autograph card and souvenir Maleficent dragon cup.

The Dessert Soiree will be held at two different times, 10:15 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. on the following dates: Sept. 1, 9, 12, 16, 23, 26, 28 and Oct. 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17, 19, 21, 23, 24, 26, 28, 30 and 31, 2014 The dessert party is offered only at 10:15 p.m. on Sept. 14, 19 and 21, 2014. Note: Disney has added second seatings to several MNSSHP dates after the initial announcement.

Tickets for the Villains’ Sinister Soiree premium package cost $99, plus tax, per person (ages three and older). Gratuity is included. Worth noting: Admission to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is not included with the price of the package. MNSSHP tickets must also be purchased, and those ticket prices run between $57 and $71, depending on party date and age of guest.
