Many Houston businesses offer teacher discounts that many are often unaware of and so they neglect to pull out that school ID card at check out in order to redeem these savings. Some major chain retailers that give teacher discounts include places like Barnes and Noble, Office Max, and many other books and supply stores (provided you supply your ID, pay stub, and/or your school’s tax exempt number). But seeing as all of us teachers out there don't only want discounts for teaching supplies, check out these deals.
