Disappointing tie for SSC Napoli against Bologna FC on Sunday

SSC Napoli had a disappointing tie against Bologna FC in round 20 of Serie A on Sunday morning. The final score of the game was 2-2.

As reported by ESPN Deportes on Sunday, Napoli, as guests, tied with 17th place Bologna. Unfortunately for Napoli, the bitter tie came in stoppage time, giving the home team something big to celebrate about.

The goals for the home team, Bologna, were made by strike Rolando Bianchi. The Italian striker was the first man to score (37th minute) in the game, and he was the last man to score as well in stoppage time.

Bologna FC also managed a tie with a man down after the 84th minute. Greek midfielder Panagiotis Kone was red carder for being warned twice with yellow cards for dangerous play.

The goals for Napoli were made by Argentine forward Gonzalo Higuain, via penalty, at the 62nd, and by Spaniard forward Jose Maria Callejon in the 80th.

The tie, however, kept both teams in their previous positions before the game. SSC Napoli stayed in 3rd place while Bologna FC stayed in 17th place of Serie A.

The tie was quite a disappointment for SSC Napoli since they were heavily favored to win it.
