Jack Mabley Development Center, State of Illinois is in need of a Director of Nursing (PSA, Option BN). The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and have a currently Illinois RN license. They should also possess 3 - 5 years of progressively responsible nursing experience and have directed the workload of a large staff of nursing personnel.

Normal work hours will be 8:30 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The job will require one weekend per month as well as four early/late shifts per month to regularly monitor nursing staff and provide additional medical knowledge on all shifts.
