These include companies such as Avon, DiamondCreek Candles, Discovery Toys, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, and Usborne Books. With direct selling businesses, there is usually a start up fee for materials and inventory to help you get started selling your product. They provide you with your own website link and then it is up to you to direct people to your site.
All of these companies are local (SLC area) and nationwide. With these companies, it's good to advertise online and to friends and family. Many people get business cards to give out everywhere you go. Some people are able to sell some of their products on their local Craigslist or on eBay. Another idea is having a home party to showcase your product.
