Dinrova Horror will scare your opponent in limited matches. In addition to providing a beefy 4/4 body you'll be able to answer one of your opponent's key threats. As a two-for-one, Dinrova Horror can help you gain valuable card advantage that could turn the game around in your favor.
If it's late in the game or you're running hand disruption like Mental Vapors, Soul Ransom, or Undercity Plague there's a chance your opponent will be forced to discard the permanent you returned to their hand with Dinrova Horror.
Even if your opponent is holding a land in their hand Dinrova Horror can be the key to winning your limited duel. By bouncing your opponent's largest creature you may be able to create a gap in their defenses, allowing you get in the last few points of damage or stall until you draw real removal.
