It was a free day of healthy family adventure on Saturday, August 17 as Birds Eye and Stop and Shop hosted ‘Play with Your Birds Eye Veggies’ at the Boston Children’s Museum, 308 Congress Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
‘Play with your Birds Eye Veggies,’ a part of Birds Eye national program, ‘Rewrite the Dinnertime Rules,’ encourages families to eat healthier through an extensive array of nutrition-themed games, talk with registered dietitian Janel Funk about healthy eating habits, and spend time with beloved Nickelodeon characters such as SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer.
Attendees were also entered into a sweepstakes to win a trip to Nickelodeon’s Worldwide Day of Play in NYC this fall!
The Boston Children’s Museum is currently celebrating its centennial with monumental events throughout the year. The Boston Children’s Museum is even taking the events outside the museum with their Big Cake Birthday tour in surrounding communities throughout Massachusetts.
