In the evening head to the TASTE restaurant on the 6th floor, after a day that may include a trip to the Peak or shopping at Armani or exploring the neighborhood markets displaying dried fish and fresh produce. The bright roomy restaurant offers all-day dining featuring flavors of Hong Kong.
Start your evening dining experience with one of their signature cocktails. Consider their decadent Tiramisu Cocktail, a luscious mix of brandy, Bailey’s, kahula, and crème de cocoa, with a dash of milk sprinkled with powdered chocolate. Oh, my, so good.
Check out the Chef’s Recommendations and you can’t go wrong. The Hainan Chicken with Coconut Flavored Rice is excellent and so it the Baked Pork Chop with Rice and Tomatoes topped with cheese. Make sure to save room for their dessert featuring Hong Kong Style French Toast with toasted Almond Ice Cream.
Life is good at the Ibis. Not only is the restaurant excellent the rooms are neat, clean and efficiently designed to meet the needs of the guests.
