When it comes to Jacqueline Laurita's possible return to "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," it may have some people talking and interested but Dina Manzo is not one of them. In a statement to RumorFix, posted on Thursday, August 14, Dina said that contrary to what's being reported, she's not even thinking about Jacqueline at all.
Radar Online recently reported that Dina, who returned to the show for season six after several seasons away, is "furious" that Jacqueline is coming back to the show. It states that if Dina knew that her sister-in-law Jacqueline was going to reappear on the show, she wouldn't have signed on to become a housewife again. Since Dina has previously said that she would never do a reality TV show with family ever again, Jacqueline's return later on this season is definitely something that producers seem to have kept from her.
However, befitting her frequent Zen talk, Dina Manzo wants everyone to know that she's being calm about the whole thing and not letting it bother her. She told RumorFix that she doesn't get angry and that the news is "not even on [her] radar." She added that she's just enjoying her summer right now and is in her happy place.
When Bravo announced its housewives for season six, which did not include Jacqueline, it was assumed that she had been dropped and that viewers would no longer see her on the show. Yet it was reported last week that viewers will see Jacqueline in a few episodes later on in the season. According to a source, her scenes will mostly be with recurring housewife Kathy Wakile, with whom she still enjoys a close relationship. Her scenes won't involve Dina.
Jacqueline Laurita has said numerous times on Twitter that viewers will see her on Caroline Manzo's spin-off "Manzo'd With Children" later on this fall. She has not said anything specific about her returning to "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." However, just yesterday she tweeted that she couldn't help notice that news of her return helped cause a jump in the ratings and that viewers will just have to watch to see if it turns out to be true.
