Choose one - Counter target sorcery spell; or destroy target creature with power 2 or less; or look at the top three cards of target player's library, then put one back and the rest into that player's graveyard.

Dimir Charm gives tricky Dimir affiliated mages several options for dealing with their opponent's threats: As they're being cast, after they've entered the battlefield, or before an opponent can even draw them.

Dimir Charm's first mode can counter powerful sorcery spells such as as Urban Evolution, Worldfire, Rakdos' Return, Primal Surge, or Unburial Rites. Unlike Rewind though, Dimir's Charm won't sit in your hand waiting for an opponent to cast a spell. There's two other choices you can make with it.

Dimir Charm's second mode helps deal with pesky creatures like Beguiler of Wills, Deathrite Shaman, Ulvenwald Tracker, Silverblade Paladin, Mercurial Chemister, and Rhox Faithmender that produce a unique effect and can give an opponent an edge. It might not be as reliable compared to Ultimate Price or Dreadbore, however it'll still get the job done most of the time.

Dimir Charm's allows you to deny your opponent vital land in an early turns of the game. Later, you can deny them threats. Putting a Aurelia, the Warleader into their graveyard so your Lazav, Dimir Mastermind can copy it is one possible play that might happen.

How will you use Dimir Charm?
