When Diluvian Primordial enters the battlefield, for each opponent, you may cast up to one target instant or sorcery card from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost. If a card cast this way would be put into a graveyard this turn, exile it instead.

The more players in the game, the crazier your Diluvian Primordial's "enters the battlefield" effect can be. From Urban Evolution to Jarad's Orders, there's always bound to be a useful spell in your opponent's graveyards.

In a one on one duel, Diluvian Primordial can still prove adventageous if you're milling an opponent with Thought Scour, Curse of the Bloody Tome, Nephalia Drownyard and Mind Grind. You'll also want to consider running Duskmantle Guildmage and Lazav, Dimir Mastermind.

Cards that allow you to flicker Diluvian Primordial like Restoration Angel and Deadeye Navigator will allow you to extract extra value from it. Another idea might be to copy it with Stolen Identity or Clone.

How will you use Diluvian Primordial?
