Thanks to you and your generous support, more women and girls in crisis were served this year than ever before. Women experiencing unplanned pregnancies, mothers in abusive relationships and disadvantaged teenage girls have all received dignity during difficult times.
From providing basic necessities for a family fleeing a dangerous situation to offering professional clothing for a job interview, Dignity is changing the lives of these women and girls in need. New clothes. New life.
- Dignity sponsored a Mother's and Father's Day clothing drive for FEGS Health and Human Services. The drive provided interview attire to approximately 550 participants in FEGS employment programs.
- Dignity provided several shipments of maternity clothing for Options for Women and The Way Free Medical Clinic, organizations that serve expectant mothers in need.
- To help create a special high school experience for young women in need, Dignity U Wear distributed over 400 fancy dresses to young women through six different social service agencies around the country.
- Dignity provided professional outfits for 13 women graduating from Kenmare High School at The York Street Project.
