  14. Obsessing over the calories you intake.
  15. Eating more processed foods than fresh.

This is a short list for sure, but some very key components are included here. There is so much information out there regarding what you should and should not eat it's no wonder everyone is confused. Who do you believe? Who can you trust? Which program is right for you? This list goes on and on and becomes mind boggling.

By working with a qualified health practitioner, whether it is a health coach, dietician, nutritionist, personal trainer or holistic health practitioner, you will be able to find the right program for you. Look for someone who will be there with you to guide, support and educate you along the way so you will have the tools needed to be successful. It is possible to change, people do it every day. The difference is having a guiding hand and believing you will do this. Do not give up, you can do this!
