Five meals per day sounds crazy, but sure is not and can be quite beneficial.

Are you a rower looking to shed a few pounds in time to regain top form for the spring season? Or are you just the average person looking to lose weight, get in shape, and want to be fit for the sunny months? Well this is perfect for all!

The necessity to keep the metabolism processing is the most important factor to losing weight. If the metabolism isn't in gear then the body is merely using just enough to function. You need to keep the metabolic rate high which will allow for a higher use of blood sugar and body fat.

Jump Start Your Morning:

Eating a breakfast is an absolute must for not only does it provide one of the five meals for the day, but kick starts your metabolism. If trying to lose weight a high protein, low carb breakfast consisting of eggs, sausage, and bacon is perfect, though there are quite a lot of derivatives for this. The portions of the meal should be decently good sized; you need this to function.

The next remaining meals are needed to continue burning blood sugar and essentially weight from you. Remember these meals will be smaller than breakfast and much smaller portions than the typical meal. This will help you physically and mentally as to battle off the weight and hunger pains.

The first week or so will be difficult adjusting to the smaller portions, but having the opportunity to eat five times a day will set your hunger at bay. Although for reminder eat healthy, just because you eat five times a day with smaller portions doesn’t mean for you to eat poorly (unless losing weight isn’t your issue). Eat lower carb and calorie foods to reduce and lower your intake while keeping that pesky metabolism churning!
