Diet Coke
No calories is not always good
Diet coke has zero calories. This does not mean it is good. When you are overweight and drinking diet soda it can add more problems than you would think. A professor of nutrition at Texas Woman’s University says drinking one or more sodas a day you may have a higher chance of increasing your waist in many years compared to those who drank one. She says that sweet taste tends to caloric, and it kicks off the metabolism. If the sweet taste comes and there is nothing to burn, the body does not rev up. The body is not full and then the metabolism slows down.
7 Side Effects of Diet Soda
Reproductive issues –Aluminum cans coated with endocrine disrupter , linked to reproductive problems
Kidney problems- 2 sodas per day can cause kidney to decline
Obesity- 2 sodas per day increase waist
Hangover- cocktails with soda get you drunker
Cell damage- sodas contain mold inhibitors
Rotting teeth- dissolves enamel
Messed up metabolism- increase belly fat and cholesterol
