Dierks Bentley announced the details on Aug. 29, 2013 for his eighth annual “Miles & Music for Kids” celebrity motorcycle ride and concert. The “Miles & Music for Kids” concert and motorcycle ride benefits Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tenn. is set to take place on Nov. 3, 2013.
Bentley said “This is honestly the most fun day of my year, and it brings the whole community together for a great cause” adding “We got rained out last year for the first time, so I want to make up for it in a big way. The lineup is going to be killer, and it'll be a fun way to kick off a big week that celebrates country music with the CMA Awards just a few days later.”
Bentley also announced Jake Owen and Easton Corbin as the first special guests that will be joining him for the concert. The “Miles & Music for Kids” celebrity motorcycle ride and concert begins with a one hour motorcycle ride that starts at the Harley Davidson of Columbia,Tenn. that ends at Nashville’s Riverfront Park where the concert will take place.
Tickets go on sale for the general public Sept. 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. CST with pre-sale tickets available Sept. 4, 2013 for DB Congress Fan Club members. All proceeds raised from the event will benefit Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
