Did Whitney Houston fulfill her Karmic Mission?

Did Whitney Houston fulfill her karmic mission? What about Michael Jackson? Anna Nicole? What about Don Cornelius... does suicide count when you have a “purpose”?  So many people pretend to hold the answers, sometimes it may be more important, to ponder the question.  The first reaction may be one of sadness.  Then with further consideration, it is realized that each of these individuals had one heck of a ride on this leg of their respective journey.

There is a quote that says:

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave
with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive
and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways,
chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO what a ride!""

Whitney accomplished more than any mere mortal….can you say the same?  She rode the grown-up rides.  She cared less what you thought publically.  She appeared to do the best she could.  Right on Sister!!! I applaud you! While we may miss her physically, her legacy will touch the hearts and souls of millions forever.  Each of these stars did what they came here to do, and if you pay close attention, they left lots of clues about life; they each lived their lives with passion!  What is your passion? Whitney sang about not knowing her own strength, her faith and running.  Don Cornelius reminded us of love peace and soul, repeatedly.  Luther Vandross sang of dancing with his Father, before his transition.  We won’t be here forever…or will we?

If we meet again, will we recognize each other and embrace, or will we pretend we are different from one another, harboring petty resentments and holding on to silly stories, neither of us remembers.  Will we discriminate against each other, or have we learned those lessons.

What grades do think you deserve? Is it an “A” for effort, or did you "F"ail to simply love?  Could you dare to live a life of public scrutiny and die the same? Are you brave enough to forgive me, for being less any than you expected?  Can you love just because?

Whitney Houston was always seen smiling, she was always a gracious hostess, a lady.  Whitney was HUMAN! and she lived.  She deserves an A+ for life. She definite showed up, inspite of..?

RIP Whitney it was a BLAST!!! Thank you for sharing your talents and your passion…see you next lifetime….
