Did "We Surround Them-Stormfront" rhetoric lead to Pittsburgh police killings?

Recently right wing Americans have organized to make Mr. Boone’s dream come true. From fomenting rebellion in the military, to seceding from the Union and surrounding domestic enemies, the call of Joe Hill “Don’t mourn, organize” is heeded, but with a sense of danger and hostility. It may be a dream to take up arms to overthrow the government, but it is unclear if the dreamers understand that what for them may be a thought experiment; for the next Timothy McVeigh may be marching orders.
Tragically a Pittsburgh man took statements like Boone’s as marching orders; then shot and killed three Pittsburgh police officers. His
belief that Obama would strip American of their second amendment rights fits neatly into the extreme right wing paradigm. After all, Fox News Channel’s Glenn Beck tearfully rues the day Obama took office claiming that its time to exercise the power that comes with surrounding your enemies. Chuck Norris, Ted Nugent and Pat Boone wax poetic of overthrow and secession while Alan Keyes foments military insurrection.
Surely Americans of good will abhor this violent rhetoric and are the ones who outnumber and surround them.
