Boston based band Mellow Bravo came together in 2009 and has become one of Boston’s premier rock and roll acts. The band cuts through a wide range of styles from hard rock, metal, country and blues. The band consists of Keith Pierce on lead vocals, Jess Collins on keyboards and vocals, Jeff Fultz on guitar, Andrew Doherty on guitar, Seager Tennis on bass and David Jarvis on drums. http://WWW.MELLOWBRAVO.COM

From Dallas, Texas it's the Wo Fat Band who began their psychedelic quest circa 2003 and blast out a southern fried, blues-infused version of Psychedelic Doom. Their goal was to create a music that is crushingly heavy, but that stays within the paradigm forged by Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix, ZZ Top and the other 70's greats. The band consists of Kent Stump on vocals and guitar, Tim WIlson on bass and Michael Walter on Bateria Mastodontica. http:///www.wofat.net

Gozu Band, who came together in 2009, are also part of the Stone Records line up. Their sound is rock, metal and sexy! Gozu has had songs placed on the NBC Television show AWAKE; MTV's The Dudesons, Road Rules, NASCAR Racing and Fuse TV. Their album Locust Season was selected as one of the "Best New Rock Artists of the Year" by Itunes in 2010. They've also been Nominated for 2 Boston Music Awards and were selected to play SXSW in 2010 and 2011. The band consists of Marc Gaffney on vocals and guitar, Mike Hubbard on drums, Doug Sherman on guitar, Joe Grotto on bass and Jeff Fultz on guitar.

Think 70's FM rock radio! That's the Boston based band Roadsaw. As they ready for the release of their newly minted self titled record on the Small Stone label, ROADSAW, their sound is as searing and sleazy today as it was when they rose from the blue blood streets of Boston 18 years ago. Their impressive resume includes five full length albums, a dozen singles and a slew of covers and one-offs for numerous compilations. Members are Ian Ross on guitar, Craig Riggs on vocals, Jeremy Hemond on drums and Tim Catzon bass.

THE SLUSHPUPPIES band is a rock and hard rock cover band who has been a long standing staple act at nightclubs in and around the Boston area for many years. THE SLUSHPUPPIES are known as being one of the "tightest" and most versatile acts on the cover/top-40 circuit adeptly delivering a combination of modern hits, classic hard rock and metal, and danceable tunes. The band consists of lead singer/guitarist Scott Pizzo, guitarist/vocalist Bill Meehan, bassist/vocalist Jim Puff and drummer Gregg Tansino.

Boston based band, Juke Joint 5, play house rocking, kick ass, electric blues and are signed with Black Rose Records. The members are Gretchen Bostrom on vocals, John Bunszell on bass, Dick “The Poet” Lourie on saxophone, Silvertone Steve on guitar and Noah Teshu on drum.

If you like the music of the Beatles, then you'll want to catch, O'Boogie and the Firemen at Firefly's, 350 Main Street, Marlborough (508)357-8883. Dr. Winston O’Boogie and The Fireman, known as John Lennon and Paul McCartney, were once members of the biggest band on the planet. They've borrowed their nicknames and present a special evening of music filled with the songs you love coupled with a remarkable twist of improv.

Saturday, March 29, 2014 it's The Doors Experience at The C Note, 159 Nantasket Ave., Hull(781)925-4300. Recreating the sights, sounds and vibes of the Doors, The Doors Experience are one of the most influential bands to so many styles of rock music. On lead vocals is Neil Byrnes who also fronts the Aerosmith Tribute Band, Draw the Line, Skip Fischer on drums, Gino Caira on guitar and Michele Cavallari on keyboards.

At Firefly's, 350 Main Street, Marlborough (508)357-8883, on Saturday, it's the Fat City Band. The Fat City Band is a 6 piece, high energy, swing, jump blues, New Orleans stlye R&B band. Fat City has a 30+ year legacy both locally & nationally, and has shared the stage with some of the all time greats of the industry. James Brown, B.B. King, and Ray Charles to name a few. The band: Paul Redmond on lead vocals, John Litwin on drums, Mark Andersen on guitar, Joe Baglione, 5 String Bass, Shane Wood on keyboards and Tucker Antell on saxophone.

Also on Saturday, the Boston Soul Review will be at Pete's Bar and Grill, 540 South Street, Quincy (617)471-9714. They play the timeless classics and everyone's favorite dance hits of the 60's and 70's. The band: Judy Teo, J.B. Jr. on vocals, Ronnie Valentine and the newest member Reginald Gaylord Grant.
