Do Sarah Geronimo & Coco Martin feel the pressure?

Sarah Geronimo and Coco Martin will shudder their fans and supporters via the movie Maybe This Time this coming May 28, but based on a posted article of ABS-CBN News this morning, May 18, 2014, they might encounter several problems because of some Hollywood movies. According to ABS-CBN News, "Maybe This Time," Sarah Geronimo’s first movie with Coco Martin, will be competing against Maleficent, Godzilla, X Men: Days of Future Past.

Sarah is fresh from the success of her movie with John Lloyd Cruz while Coco Martin is being recognized as the TV series king. Last night, (Philippine time) the pop princess received her three major awards given by the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation Inc.

For some observers, the pop princess and the TV series king have nothing to prove because they are excellent in their own field of interests. Coco is a multi-awarded Indie Film actor before he entered mainstream, and even though his movie with Julia Montes has earned below average, the management still believe that he still has the magic. His movie, “Maybe This Time,” is really a test not only to him but also to Sarah Geronimo.

According to her detractors online, the pressure is on Sarah because of her three blockbuster movies with John Lloyd Cruz. That is her detractors’ opinion, but if you will ask her fans reaction to the trailer of “Maybe This Time,” they will tell you that Sarah Geronimo and Coco Martin will be awarded as box office king and queen next year.

Before they did the movie, two Filipino psychics revealed that Sarah and Coco will be paired in several movies if they will be given the chance to be paired with each other on the big screen, fortunately, the ABS-CBN management and Viva Films heard the psychics’ opinion and handed them a movie project immediately. So, the ball is now in the hands of the movie-going public if they will be given the chance to do another movie in the near future.
