Kim Richards struggles with alcohol and pills have been well documented on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She went to rehab after Season 2 and returned for Season 3 clean and sober. That is why many fans were surprised that so soon into her sobriety Kim would elect to get a nose job in which she would likely receive a prescription for pain pills and potentially need them to deal with the pain.
This past summer, it was rumored that Kim has relapsed during the ladies trip to Paris. This coming Monday, fans will get to see that trip to Paris and as promos for the upcoming episode have already demonstrated, Kim seems less than lucid. It appears as though Kim relapses on the pain pills prescribed to her following her nose job. Many have gone as far as suspecting that Kim has her nose job so that she could get the pain pill prescriptions.
